These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Asomi Incubation mobile application (“App”) and related services.
Asomi Incubation is an application platform implemented by NEATEHUB (An AIC-AAU Incubator) and supported by the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM).
The App enables eligible enterprises and women entrepreneurs to register, create profiles, submit information and documents, apply for the Asomi Incubation Programme, and receive application-related updates.
By registering for or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
The App is intended to facilitate:
Use of the App does not guarantee selection, funding, incubation, mentoring, financial assistance, or any other programme benefit.
To use the App and apply for the programme, you must:

The decision of the competent selection or programme authority will be final, subject to any review process expressly provided under the applicable programme guidelines.

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, branding, and other content, is owned by or licensed to NEATEHUB and/or the respective rights holders.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the user.
Users retain ownership of original business information, documents, presentations, and materials submitted by them. By submitting such materials, users grant the programme authorities a limited right to access, review, reproduce, process, and use them for application evaluation, programme implementation, monitoring, reporting, audit, and related administrative purposes.
Confidential or proprietary business information will not be publicly disclosed except:
We aim to keep the App available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The App may be temporarily unavailable due to:
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App where reasonably necessary.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Jorhat, Assam will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App.
